2. Service Description

PerennialPros provides professional landscape design, perennial garden design, garden installation, and related consultation services. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment of project feasibility.

3. Consultation and Design Process

Free consultations are provided to assess project scope and provide initial recommendations. Detailed design work requires a signed design agreement and deposit. All designs remain the intellectual property of PerennialPros until final payment is received.

4. Payment Terms

Design services require a 50% deposit upon agreement signing. Installation services require 25% deposit, 50% at project midpoint, and final 25% upon completion. Payment terms are Net 15 days from invoice date.

5. Plant and Installation Warranties

We provide a one-year warranty on installed plants, subject to proper care and maintenance by the client. Warranty does not cover damage from weather extremes, pests, diseases, or improper care.

6. Limitation of Liability

PerennialPros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Cancellation Policy

Design consultations may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Installation projects may be cancelled with 48-hour notice, subject to restocking fees for ordered materials.
